With over 12 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I am passionate about helping clients achieve physical and mental well-being through personalized care. Over the years, I have developed expertise in a wide range of modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, manual lymphatic drainage and more. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or relief from chronic pain, my goal is to create a healing environment tailored to your unique needs. Cancellation Policy
It is our desire at Pure Serenity Therapeutic Massage, LLC to be effective and fair to ALL our clients and we understand that obligations and/or unexpected events may arise in everyone’s life that may result a need to cancel an appointment. If such events occur, we respectfully ask that you give at least 24 hours advance notice and cancel your scheduled appointment. We also understand that delays can occur and in the event that this happens please be informed that if you are more than 10 minutes late we will have to reschedule the appointment. Please understand that late arrival to your appointment will result in you ONLY receiving the time remaining for that scheduled session. Failure to cancel your scheduled appointment within the allotted timeframe, Pure Serenity Therapeutic Massage, LLC charges a 100% cancellation fee for ANY no-show and a 50% cancellation fee for same day cancellations. In the event that your therapist has to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, you WILL NOT be charged for that session. To change or cancel an existing appointment, please do so online or contact us. Gift cards can be purchased online or in shop. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable and only valid for 90 days after purchasing. Thank you for your understanding and being the best part of Pure Serenity Therapeutic Massage, LLC. Regarding Massage Packages: Massage packages are designed to provide clients with consistent care while offering savings on multiple sessions. • Expiration: All massage packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.• Non-Refundable: Packages are non-refundable once purchased.• Transferable: Packages may be transferred to a friend or family member if you are unable to use your sessions.• Scheduling: Sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.• Cancellations: Standard cancellation policies apply. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in one session being deducted from the package. We encourage clients to schedule appointments regularly to receive the full benefits of therapeutic massage and to ensure all sessions are used within the allotted timeframe.
